Mediafy is a web application designed to provide users with an intuitive and engaging experience in discovering movies and TV shows. Integrated with The Movie Database API (TMDb), the platform showcases trending content as well as upcoming releases for the year, allowing users to explore complete information about each title, such as release year, genres, and synopsis. Additionally, the application features an efficient pagination system and a search tool that makes finding specific movies or TV shows quick and easy.

One of Mediafy’s main highlights is the ability to sign in using a Google account, ensuring a personalized experience. Authenticated users can create their own list of favorites, saving their preferred movies and TV shows for easy access. The responsive design and use of visual carousels make navigation more dynamic and enjoyable. Furthermore, the project also has a dedicated mobile version, offering the same quality experience on mobile devices.

The development stack includes modern technologies such as Next.js for optimized rendering, Styled Components for modular and dynamic styling, React Slick for interactive carousels, Axios for HTTP requests, and Firebase for authentication and data management.
